Research On International Law Of Cybercrime Governance

Technology has two sides.Although the development of network information technology has brought convenience to people,it has also brought many negative effects.One of them is the problem of cybercrime.Due to the hidden and technical transnational characteristics of cybercrime,the governance of cybercrime is very difficult.At present,the international community has formulated many international legal norms in response to the problem of cybercrime.However,the existing international legal norms of cybercrime governance have problems such as fragmentation and content limitations.The international community urgently needs to formulate a unified global cybercrime convention.In addition,although the international community has reached a consensus on cooperation in cybercrime governance and is actively promoting international cooperation,there are still some judicial dilemmas and challenges in the current international cooperation in cybercrime governance.International cooperation in cybercrime governance must take measures to face challenges and break through difficulties.Cybercrime governance is not a cause that can be achieved overnight.The international community must continue to work hard.As an important participant in cybercrime governance,China has contributed a lot of strength and wisdom to cybercrime governance,and will continue to work tirelessly on the road to cybercrime governance.
