Township is the most basic administrative organ in China.A lot of basic work needs to be implemented in the township.At the Chinese grassroots level,grassroots work is the most important part of social management.The promotion of national policies and reform tasks all depend on a large number of township civil servants in towns,who play an irreplaceable role in the promotion of various work.In order to better complete the tasks and objectives of China's socialist cause,it is necessary to comprehensively improve the overall quality of township civil servants,provide effective guidance for the career development of township civil servants,and provide strong organizational guarantee for them to be able to take root in the grassroots and serve the grassroots.At present,the focus of our country on the career management of township civil servants is not enough,and so is the focus on the fit of their own value and organizational goals.In reality,there are a large number of township civil servants who have no scientific management of their career development,and the career development puzzles have greatly affect their work enthusiasm on the performance of various work.Based on this reality,this paper takes the career management of township civil servants as the research object and case study as the main research method to study this issue.Firstly,this study expounds the basic theory of township civil servants and professional life management,which lays a conceptual and theoretical foundation for the research.Secondly,taking X town of Rizhao city as an example,this paper USES the form of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to sort out the current situation of township civil servants' professional life management,so as to present the basic situation of current management.Thirdly,applying the two-factor theory and the theory related to the professional life management,this paper analyzes the outstanding problems and causes of the township civil servants' professional life management,so as to analyze the root causes of the problems.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the life management of township civil servants.This study found that the current township civil servants career management is basically a routine management method,the concept and method of career management can not be effectively integrated into the management.There are many reasons for this kind of problem,such as the heavy task undertaken by the township government,the lack of professional life management thinking and the lack of system design.If you want to help the realization of the township civil servants better career development,promote the township government is more effective,you need from the government,society and the township civil servant individual etc,the multiple levels from the management thinking,system and mechanism construction,such as dimension,pay attention to the fit of organizational goals and the civil servant individual characteristics,the township civil servants career and management improvement and optimization,to ensure the career development in township civil servants in their own best subjective initiative,in the process of implementation of villages and towns the height of the civil servant's personal target and organizational target,thus promoting the township work management level of ascension.
