The career pressure of township civil servants mainly comes from the pressure of their own work.Township civil servant plays an important role of government,so the pressure of township civil servant will directly affect his own psychological and life state,and even affect the image of the government in people's mind.Therefore,it is very important to solve the problem of occupational pressure of township civil servants,which is not only related to the psychological and physical state of township civil servants,but also can improve their work enthusiasm,improve the work efficiency of the government,and improve the quality of public goods and services.civil servants,analyze the existing problems and propose solutions.This paper discusses the problem in depth by using various research methods.This paper starts from the research background,analyzes the significance of the research,and then sorts out relevant references,and then leads to my own entry point.And then followed by an analysis of the design of the questionnaire:the prejudice from others and too much works;The selection and promotion of civil servants by organizational departments are lack of standardization;the pressures from the family;This paper also put forward some proposed solutions to manage the stress: reform the township organizations;Improving the working environment;reduce the burden of township civil servants...
