After entering the 21 st century,with the acceleration of urban development process,more and more rural and small town people go to larger cities to seek better development,many migrant workers will choose to bring their children into the city for various reasons.Whether the children of these migrant workers can adapt to the changes of the environment has become a problem worthy of attention,especially for the teenagers and children in the stage of compulsory education,who are growing up physically and mentally,have not yet formed a mature and complete cognition,face strange environment,strange companion,different life style,and often produce in urban life For example,there are some problems such as big mood fluctuation,introversion,sensitivity,cowardice,low social participation,and poor interpersonal relationship.The purpose of this study is to intervene in the interest development,emotional communication,course learning,interpersonal communication,social participation and other aspects of the service object through the case work method,so as to improve the adaptability of the service object to the city and speed up the progress of the service object to the city,and to prove that the case work intervention can deal with the urban adaptability of migrant workers' children Effectiveness.In the research,we selected the children of a migrant worker in K City,the age of10-year-old primary school students in grade five as the research object.Through the research methods of literature,interview and observation,we collected data and assessed the problems and needs of the service object.At the same time,we carried out case service work for the service object with the guidance of advantage perspective theory.In the activities and interviews By using the methods and skills of case work,we can reasonably intervene and guide the urban adaptability problems faced by the service objects,help the service objects to cultivate and develop their personal interests and hobbies,enhance their interpersonal willingness,improve their learning ability,and increase their enthusiasm to participate in social activities,so as to help the service objects to adapt to the urban lifestyle and accelerate the progress of urban adaptation in the short term More confident to face the difficulties and challenges in urban life.
