With the acceleration of urbanization,the demand of economic transformation has attracted more and more rural surplus labor to move to cities and towns.This transfer process is continuous and brings many problems that are eager to be solved.At the same time,the migration of migrant workers from their parents to their families becomes more and more serious.With the increase of the number of migrant children,their demand for compulsory education cannot be fully realized due to various conditions.Therefore,the education of migrant children has been increasingly concerned by the society.China's laws stipulate that citizens have the right and obligation to receive compulsory education.In order to fully protect the right and obligation of minors to receive education,government departments at all levels have issued a series of related policies,and the "interim measures on schooling of migrant children" to regulate the schooling of children of migrant workers in cities.In order to improve the education status of children of migrant workers in cities,Chengdu has also put forward some measures after 2004 to provide equal education opportunities for children of migrant workers in cities.However,for most migrant workers in cities,their children's educational rights and interests are often not guaranteed,and it is difficult for them to truly enjoy the fair education pursued by the government.To better protect the rights of rural migrant workers children compulsory education to realize the fairness and quality of education,this article takes Longquanyi district of Chengdu as the typical case,based on the Longquanyi district education status of rural migrant workers children,through the study of literature,questionnaire survey and qualitative analysis methods,such as in Longquanyi district rural migrant workers children protect the education rights after the case analysis,to realize rural migrant workers their children's compulsory education rights and interests safeguard the rights and interests of the status quo and migrant children of compulsory education the cause of the damage.In the aspect of family education,the lack of family education cannot create a healthy psychological environment for the children of migrant workers.In terms of school education,Longquanyi district public schools treat the students differently in view of their teaching achievements.Under the social atmosphere,the children of migrant workers get more discrimination and prejudice.In the implementation of the policy,the children's education policy of migrant workers in cities lacks pertinence and execution.Under many factors influence Longquanyi district rural migrant workers children by education guarantee mechanism is not perfect,based on this from the perspective of family ? school ? society and government policy,put forward the corresponding countermeasure,finally explicitly put forward Longquanyi district rural migrant workers children guarantee results and enlightenment by education rights and interests,to Chengdu and to build a more perfect in our country rural migrant workers children the education rights and interests safeguard system has important theoretical significance and practical significance.
