Research On The Supply Of Public Services In Urban Communities From The Perspective Of Spatial Justice

Justice has always been a key issue in political science,and the extended space justice has also triggered extensive research and discussion by Chinese and Western scholars in recent years.Since the 19 th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China(CPC),China has paid increasing attention to social equity and justice.To achieve equity and justice has become a realistic requirement for people and an important part of their needs for a better life.In recent years,with the deepening of urbanization in China,urban space is facing such problems as uneven allocation of resources and widening gap between the rich and the poor.As the main living space of urban residents,a series of spatial injustices have appeared in the supply of public services in urban communities.Therefore,how to maintain the spatial justice of public service supply in urban communities and guarantee the spatial rights of urban community residents has become an important issue to be solved urgently.In less than 30 years,District D of R City has made great achievements in the supply of public services in urban communities,and preliminarily formed a multi-subject supply mode of public services under the guidance of the government.The scope of public services supply has been constantly expanded,and the quality and level of public services have also been constantly improved.However,while R city D district has made great achievements,there are still some problems and deficiencies.Paper from the Angle of spatial justice,divided into four spatial justice investigation of urban community public service supply dimension-the physical space,functional space and psychological space-behavior and value space,and then to the main body of public service supply,content,way and so on space justice investigation,found that there were space injustice problem and cause.Starting from the three important principles of space justice,this paper tries to find the way to realize space justice provided by public services in urban communities.At the same time,relevant theories such as justice and space justice as well as research methods such as literature research and interview are used to provide theoretical and practical support for the paper.At present,the public service supply in D district of R City mainly has some problems,such as unbalanced spatial distribution of public service,unbalanced spatial power distribution of supply subjects,narrow space for residents' autonomy and participation,and distorted relationship between residents and power.Through theoretical and empirical analysis,it can be found that the main reasons for the above problems are the neglect of the principle of space justice and the "publicity" of public service supply.Based on this,the paper puts forward the path to improve the public service supply of urban communities from the perspective of space justice:urban community public service supply shall follow the principle of spatial justice,adhere to themultiple main body participation of the public service supply system,in order to realize the diversity of the urban public service supply,better meet the demand of residents of public service,realize the space of the urban community public service supply justice,protect the rights of urban community residents of the space.
