Problems In The Development Of Leisure And Sightseeing Agriculture And Government Support Countermeasures

In recent years,the leisure and sightseeing agriculture,integrating sightseeing,picking,tourism and vacation,has been developing vigorously all over the nation.This modern agriculture caters to the demands of social and economic development as well as people's interest.On the other hand,agricultural and rural modernization is one of the major issues in the context of targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Thus,Leisure and sightseeing agriculture becomes a breakthrough for the development of agricultural modernization.Therefore,the township government actively play its governance management and put into effect a series of policies to explore the development mode of this industry.It covers developing the potential of agricultural resources,adjusting the agricultural structure,improving the agricultural environment and increasing the farmers' income,which provide a new economic development growth point for the town with agriculture as its main industry,as well as a new breakthrough for the revitalization of the countryside.However,some constraints gradually appear obviously in the process of development,such as the lack of reasonable planning,poor project characteristics,short of funds and professional,and deficient publicity as well.The solution relies on the government's overall planning and corresponding support.This paper will focus on the present situation of leisure agriculture industry in X town,Laixi City.The author comprehensively summarized the significance of rural leisure agriculture and its development prospects and difficulties,applying various research methods including literature research,field research and comparative analysis as well as case analysis.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the state attaches great importance to ecological environment protection and focuses on building a beautiful China.These major theoretical directions and national policy provide an optimal opportunity to push forward the leisure and tourism agriculture.Therefore,this paper put forward various recommendations and countermeasures to solve problems from the perspective of government support on this basis of the experience learned from the foreign industry and our development practice.
