Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Leisure Agriculture Development In Chengde City

The party and country attach great importance to its development and advocate developing leisure agriculture vigorously.At present,with the rapid development of Chinese economy,people’s spiritual needs are increasingly high.Leisure agriculture and rural tourism have become the important choice for people’s leisure travel.Leisure agriculture is an important part of modern agricultural development,which is an important means to realize rural revitalization,and an integrated industry that protects ecology,inherits culture,activates organizations and enriches farmers.It has broad prospects for development.Leisure agriculture has developed rapidly in Chengde City.Improving its development level is of practical significance for promoting rural revitalization and promoting Chengde’s further integration with Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.This paper studies and analyzes the development of leisure agriculture in Chengde City using methods such as literature research,investigation and statistical analysis.This is based on the background of rural revitalization and the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,on the theoretical basis of cooperative governance theory,stakeholder theory and system theory,and the development of leisure agriculture in Chengde City is taken as a specific case.First of all,by referring to relevant literature and conducting a questionnaire survey on tourists,the development status of leisure agriculture in Chengde City was sorted out from the perspective of industry development,government measures and consumer perception.Secondly,combined with literature,field investigation and questionnaire analysis,we summarize the problems existing in the development of leisure agriculture in Chengde City,and explore the reasons behind these problems.Among them,the problems mainly include that the government guidance is not sufficient;the scientific planning is not in place;insufficient cultivation of relevant subjects and insufficient play of their roles;the service facilities are weak and the operation and management are not standardized;Product homogenization is serious,the brand influence is low.The main reasons for the existing problems are the lack of ideological understanding,the imperfect system and mechanism,the insufficient personnel training,and the inadequate publicity and marketing.Finally,under the guidance of cooperative governance theory,it proposes to improve ideological understanding and guide multi-body participation;improve systems and mechanisms and unimpeded governance channels;improve the talent training system to achieve talent protection;improve the level of comprehensive development and focus on system improvement and other related countermeasures.
