Besides it can satisfy both the production of high efficiency and people's spirit and material double enjoyment.On the basis of investigation of three different scales of Changsha sightseeing orchards, this paper analyzes three major benefit of them. The conclusions are the following:1.Sightseeing orchard of Changsha starts relatively late, There are more than 30 orchards of all kinds situated periphery areas of Changsha. They are more recreation type, relatively small scale, most individual or collective partnership and less management's item. At present, the biggest scale and the most complete functions is the Fruit and Tea Variety Multiplication Farm of Hunan in Leifeng Road in Changsha western suburb and the second is the Kaifu District Ecological Visiting Orchard. On three major benefit analyses, the benefit of most small-scale sightseeing guards are obvious and fast. Because it can only satisfy a little part of consumers, that makes the social benefit not obvious. On thecontrary, no matter fruit productions, seedling productions, science service and leisure items, the large-scale ones delegate the advance levels with the large investment, high starting item points of relation talent, they have wide scope of service, large influence, and the obvious long-term comprehensive. But as the large investment in preceding time, the following funds are not sufficient, the overall item is difficult to start out, and the first embody is very well.2.Problems and Suggestions: There are some problems in the orchard. Such as propaganda strength not being wide, brand consciousness not being strong, the management being relatively bad, the comprehensive development of active contents is not enough, the scope profit is not enough, the pressure of the funds in the first period is heavy and the channel of import funds is not fluent. I advice that we can attract travelers by the beautiful environment of sightseeing orchard, varied leisure and playing activities and the experience of farm life. In that case, we can enlarge the plentiful economic benefit by the net of scaled, high-effective fruit management and excellent Fruit and Tea productions.
