The financial circles such as the Japan Economic Organization Federation, the Economic Friendship Association, and the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which were established after the Second World War,constitute our business world in the general sense today. These economic organizations are an important part of Japanese society, they not only Play an important role in the aspect of Japan's economic development, but also actively participate in and play a central role in Japan's foreign policy-making process. This is due to the important role of the business world in Japan's post-war reconstruction and its close ties with the central bureaucracy and the Liberal Democratic Party in the process. On the other hand,it is also related to the economic and diplomacy strategy formulated by Japan after the war. With the development of post-war Japanese politics,Japan's foreign policy-making process has been characterized by diversification and openness, and more and more power subjects have participated in the foreign policy-making process. In addition to the Liberal Democratic Party and the central bureaucracy as the main influence objects, the business world also influence Japan's foreign policy decisions through cooperation or competition with other power subjects. At the same time, the ways in which the business world influence foreign policy decisions have become more diverse.Although the financial industry has a very important role in foreign policy decision-making and adopts diversified methods, the business world does not always succeed in influencing Japanese foreign policy-making.It also suffers from conflicts of interests among its own members, the decision-making system, and the competition with other interest groups and national development strategies.
