Since 2017 international terrorism has entered into post-Islamic State period since 2017.Fighting and preventing the global spread of terrorism remains still an important topic.This thesis focuses on the new features of worldwide counter-terrorism situation and counter-terrorism policies of China in the post-Islamic state period,and studies the development and characteristic spread of Islamic State,its convergence with East Turkistan forces,and a new terrorist crisis in China,through comparative analysis,historical analysis and literature analysis.The study indicates that the international terrorism is characterized by returned foreign-fighters and cyber dissemination in the period of post-Islamic State.China is facing a new terrorism threat impact of "peripheral impact" and "cross-border returning terrorists".Therefore,on the basis of the national counter-terrorism policies,the author suggests that China need to focus on the area of Xinjiang,to counter the returnees of terrorist organizations,prevent cyber-terrorism and strengthen terrorist reeducation.This paper enriches the relevant researches on counter-terrorism policies and countermeasures at the national and regional levels,and provides suggestions for counter-terrorism policies,national security and regional governance. |
