In 2014,The Islamic Sunni extremist organization called “Islamic State” suddenly rise in the Middle East.And it not only brought deep terrorist catastrophe to the Middle East countries,but also made the whole world under the threat of terrorism.Although the army of “Islamic State” in Iraq and Syria have almost been defeated by the joint attack of the United States?Russia?Turkey?Iran?Syria and Iraq,the threat of terrorism to the world is still remained.This thesis intends to analyse the reason why “Islamic State”was able to rise,develop,and expand in Iraq,Syria,and other regions in the Middle East,to reveal the harm of “Islamic State” to the Middle East and the other countries of the whole world.And to explore the possible replications in China,to discover the influence to China's anti-terrorist task,are to provide guidance and reference to China's preventing terrorist threats and safeguarding peaceful development environment.In the latter part of the thesis,the author puts forward several suggestions for prevention of terrorism through the diplomatic knowledge learned in school and following studies: Firstly,how to guide public opinions through diplomatic actions to prevent the harmful propaganda of "Islamic State".Secondly,how to prevent "East Turkistan" in the Middle East from returning back to Xinjiang,Qinghai,Ningxia,and other provinces of china to instigate local Muslims to launch terrorist attacks.Thirdly,how to make full use of Chinese embassies to provide better security advises to “Overseas China”,and to strengthen the ability of Chinese overseas interests protection.Fourth,how to effectively develop the economy of Muslim-inhabited regions such as Xinjiang,reduce and eliminate the conditions for the rise of terrorism through economic development and improvement of living conditions.
