An Analysis Of The Discourse Construction Of "women's Employment" By "China Women's Daily" In The Past Ten Years (2010-2019)

As a comprehensive public issue integrating many social factors,female employment is closely related to national policies,economic development and social gender awareness.Media discourse is bound to be influenced by various power factors in the process of constructing "female employment".This research use fair krogh the three dimensions of discourse analysis method,the "China women's news Daily" about the female employment related text study,discusses the female employment topics from description to explanation of the process,and analyze the social factors behind,summarize its characteristics and examine its shortage for media discourse studies provide the reference of "female employment".The study found that,at the text level,China Women 's news Daily expresses a unified theme through a centralized vocabulary,a positive and positive discourse style,guides public opinion,and uses multi-strategic rhetoric to enhance the expressive power of the text,presenting the discourse characteristics of political mobilization in terms of the macro structure of the theme.At the level of discourse practice,it shows the characteristics of multiple discourse interweaving,resistance to occupational discrimination,and the use of meta-discourse to enhance interaction and emotional identity.At the same time,the expression of the discourse is enhanced through the shaping of the prototype.In the aspect of social practice,it is manifested in the ideological infiltration of national policies,the coverage of market-oriented economic discourse,the strengthening of the "mouthpiece" identity function of women's federation and the shaping of women's identity role by social gender consciousness.Based on the above analysis,the discourse characteristics are summarized: the overall media discourse shows the mainstream status of the national mobilization discourse;The strong position of the organization discourse of women's federation;The differential expression of female discourse in urban and rural areas is inconsistent with female discourse in public and private fields.At the same time,it also reveals the media's lack of attention to the "problem" discourse and the possibility of the existence of quality discourse to cover up the real social contradictions.
