Study On The Image Construction Of Female Village Officials In China Women's Daily

In the process of our government's continuous implementation of gender equality policy,women play an increasingly important role in rural grass-roots democracy and autonomy,and a large number of excellent village officials have emerged,and relevant reports are seen in the newspapers.On the macro level,media reports on female village officials reflect the important process of promoting gender equality and social civilization in China.On the micro level,female village officials'reports not only affect the public's understanding and impression of the special group of female village officials,but also affect their self-awareness and work enthusiasm.This paper takes the female village officials' report in China Women's daily as the research object,and specifically explores its shaping of the image of female village officials.First of all,this paper uses the content analysis method to sort out the basic situation of female village officials' reports during the sampling period of the newspaper,and finds that there are imbalances in the report types,content themes,tendentiousness and other aspects of the sample reports;secondly,it makes a multi-dimensional analysis of the image of female village officials presented in the report,and finds that female village officials are mainly manifested as competent and excellent cadres' images,dual role society He is good at gender image,and has the character and temperament image of being compassionate,good at communication and "female man".Third,this paper discusses the shortcomings of the construction of the image of female village officials,and gives some suggestions.At last,this paper puts forward some thoughts on how to construct an objective,real and comprehensive image of women in mainstream news media.
