Participating public institutions are important constituent units of the public sector in China and play a pivotal role in fulfilling government functions and serving the people. The employees of the public institutions are an important link between the masses and the government. The quality of their work is related to the service effect of the government and the service experience of the people. However, due to the special nature of the public institutions, the society has relatively little care for all aspects of its employees. Therefore, the work and psychological state of the employees of the unit are often neglected. In view of this, this study starts from the perspective of job burnout of employees in public institutions, accurately measures the burnout of employees of this type, and finds out the key factors of burnout, and proposes corresponding intervention paths on this basis.Specifically, this study takes R Township as a typical case.Based on the relevant data and summarizing the existing research, through the in-depth interviews with the institute, the effective burnout factors are obtained and then combined.Using the MBI Burnout Survey Scale,we designed a questionnaire suitable for this study and distributed it to the remaining 13 employees of Y County. In the hands,130 valid questionnaires were retrieved.Through the statistical analysis of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and correlation analysis, the key factor model of the job burnout of the employees in the public institutions was obtained. On this basis, the author further proposed a three-dimensional linkage intervention path model based on individual, organization and society. This research takes the employees of the participating institutions as the research object, starting from the employee's job burnout, and finally obtaining a targeted three-dimensional intervention model.Employee productivity, relief of exhaustion, and self-efficacy are all important. At the same time, the improvement of employees' burnout in participating institutions is also conducive to improving the work efficiency and service quality of such institutions, and is conducive to promoting public sector reform and building a service-oriented government in China. It is hoped that the conclusions of this study can make up for the shortcomings of research in related fields and provide some reference for future research.
