With the development of the market economy and the increase of employment pressure,job burnout is no longer an individual phenomenon but a problem that the entire society needs to face.At present,as the country changes its policies on public institutions,employees of public institutions need to constantly adjust their own psychological quality and continuously improve their professional competence to face a gradually strict personnel evaluation system,the phenomenon of job burnout among employees of public institutions has become more pronounced.With continuous development of social work in China,social work gradually expand their focus from family,school and community to workplaces that are important to people.Therefore,from the perspective of social work,the issue of job burnout among public institutions is an important issue.This study takes the employees of Ordos A institutions as the research object,using questionnaires and interviews to collect data.The survey data was analyzed by SPSS statistical software,explore the current situation and causes of the job burnout among employees of A institutions.the result showed that half of the surveyed employees have mild burnout,and few of them have moderate burnout.Using descriptive statistical analysis exploring the reasons of job burnout.Secondly,the author use community social work,based on Social System Theory and Social Exchange Theory,thought to increase the employee,s sense of belonging and identify?release the life and work pressure?improve their enthusiasmof work?promote exchanges between employees as the goal.Through organizing community activities,we explore the feasibility of Regional development model to prevent and alleviate job burnout of employees in public institutions,as well as practical reflection,the author handing out some advice about community social work to prevent and alleviate job burnout of employees in public institutions. |
