| Employees in public institutions are a group with Chinese characteristics.They own relatively high social status and comparatively stable social security,and it is regarded as an "iron rice bowl" by the people.However,with the continuous development of China’s economy,the progress of institutional restructuring has been constantly promoted,which has brought huge changes to the relatively stable work and life of employees in public institutions.They have to face the narrow promotion channels in the original system and the bad atmosphere left behind,but also the increasingly fierce competition after the reform.The inadaptability brought by such changes will easily lead to the negative work attitude of employees in public institutions and further cause their job burnout.So,in line with the professional "help people to help themselves" concept of social work,in the field of enterprise,acquiring the professional skills and methods,the author has explored the reasons for staff job burnout after the restructuring in enterprise A.Then on the basis of this,advancing the pointed and feasible relieving job burnout strategy,so that it can help the employees and the group who are facing the same problem to restore physical and mental health and improve the work efficiency and job adaptability.Setting enterprise A as an example,the author make the questionnaire for 150 employees and use three dimensions to try to analyze the job burnout status of this public institutions.The research results of this paper prove that most employees in enterprise A have A series of problems,such as high career pressure,tedious work and physical and mental fatigue in the process of work.Some of the reasons for the above problems come from the soaring social and work pressure after the reform and the difficulty in promotion,as well as from personal family and life.Due to the working environment changes,the staff are caught to job burnout,depression,and a series of negative influence after restructuring,which have caused many bad effects on the development of individuals and enterprise.According to the actual employees’ job burnout symptoms in this public institution,through using the methods of social work,the author puts forward thecorresponding strategies for reducing their job burnout. |
