Research On The Rule Of Law In My Country's Precision Poverty Alleviation

Eliminating poverty and realizing common prosperity are the lofty ideals that human beings have been pursuing for thousands of years,and also the essential requirements of socialism.With the coming of 2020,the time frame for completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects is approaching,and China's targeted poverty alleviation work has entered the sprint stage of tackling the toughest problems.How to further solve the poverty problem,remove the biggest obstacle to completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,complete and consolidate the achievements of targeted poverty alleviation,prevent the return to poverty,and ensure the goal of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020 as scheduled.Therefore,we must rely on the guarantee of the rule of law,adhere to poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation in accordance with the law,and use the rule of law thinking and method to carry out targeted poverty alleviation,so as to make targeted poverty alleviation work more standardized,institutionalized and law-based,and ensure the achievements of poverty alleviation.Starting with the concepts of poverty,targeted poverty alleviation and the rule of law,this paper focuses on the problems existing in targeted poverty alleviation by law,aiming to provide references for the path of targeted poverty alleviation by law in China,effectively stabilize the achievements of poverty alleviation and achieve comprehensive poverty alleviation by establishing a normal mechanism.This paper is carried out in the form of chapters.The first chapter is an overview of targeted poverty alleviation and its rule of law,describing the concepts related to poverty,targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation by law.The second chapter is about the current situation and problems of targeted poverty alleviation by law.The author has summarized the problems in targeted poverty alleviation by law,such as weak legal awareness,slow legislation,incomplete implementation system,lack ofsupervision,and absence of relief mechanism.The third chapter is the practice and enlightenment of poverty alleviation and rule of law in foreign countries.Through the introduction of three representative national poverty alleviation experiences in the United States,the United Kingdom and Brazil,this paper expounds the enlightenment of poverty alleviation in China.The fourth chapter tries to precision for poverty alleviation in China under the rule of law put forward the preliminary conception,from speeding up legislation,improve the implementation of the system,the supervision system,establish the judicial relief mechanism,strengthening the construction of the rule of law consciousness five parts for precision under the rule of law put forward reasonable Suggestions for poverty alleviation,which really contribute to solve the poverty issue is,better promote social development.
