Discussion On The Executive Ethics Of The Communist Party Of China

Attention and research on the construction of contemporary Chinese political moral has great practical meanings and far-going influences in the current period, especially in the important time of modern political boom. Political morality refers to moral questions arising from various political phenomena, political relations, and political activities, with state power as its center, and it acts as moral norms in regulating political relations of the state, the group and the individual. Nowadays, most countries and regions in the world rule the country by the power of the ruling Party. In a sense, the ruling morality of the ruling Party becomes the core of political morality. Connections between politics and morality are the precondition of the foundation of political ethics as well as researches on the ruling morality of the CPA. The author deeply discusses the meaning of the ruling morality of the CPA, and at the same time summarizes theories and practices of the ruling morality of the CPA, attaching great importance to the phenomenon of the lost of morality in ruling activities, which make us realize that the construction of ruling morality lags behind the development of democratic politics as well as what the mass expect. Therefore, the research does good to strengthen the social political development, combine"rule by law"and"rule by moral", enhance the political moral quality of the ruling, and has great value in strengthening the Party's governance capability, keeping its vanguard nature, building a harmonious society and staying in power for a long time.The author starts from the discussion of the meaning of the govern ethics of the CPA, has a short review of the history its theories and practices and summarizes the ruling morality development of the CPA in the new ear. And the passage can be divided into four parts. And the first chapter discusses the meaning of the ruling morality of the CPA in theory and in practice. And theoretical meaning includes the inner need of political civilization, the pursuit of common ethnic value, and the need of the ruling legalization. And practical meaning includes the inevitable requirement of historical mission, the summary of historical lessons, the need of setting ruling images and the practical need of the people. The second chapter reviews and summarizes the conditions of the ruling morality of the Party. This part analyzes the state of the ruling moral development of the Party from the perspective of theory and practice, mainly discussing the condition of the ruling moral development in different periods and summarizing experiences of the ruling moral development. The third chapter analyzes problems existing in current ruling morality, and expounds the content and principals of the ruling morality of the CPA in the new ear which states clearly the basic and the basic principles. The fourth chapter discusses some ways and method on enhancing the ruling moral development of the CPA. The author hope that the writing would help people know the ruling morality of the CPA better and does something to the great project of the Party development.
