Research On The Construction Of Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations In The Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region From The Perspective Of Improving Organizational Power

Since its founding,the communist party of China(CPC)has formed a strict organizational system and organizational structure,including central,local and grass-roots organizations,in accordance with the basic principle that a marxist party must adhere to: "establish and develop party organizations in a scientific and practical way.This is a unique advantage that no other political party in the world can match.As the "nerve endings" of the party's body,primary party organizations are the foundation of the party's governance building,while organizational strength is the direct source of the party's organizational strength and the important embodiment of its cohesive force and combat effectiveness.During the Anti-Japanese War,the shensi-kansu-ningsia border region in yanan as the central party committee,is the core of all the base areas and lead in the development and construction of the party's basic-level organization thoughts had done a large number of initiatives,to consolidate and strengthen the rule of the communist party of China,made outstanding contributions to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War,as well as other revolutionary bases provides practical experience,is worthy of its reputation as the "chief base".This paper first describes the shensi-kansu-ningsia border region during the Anti-Japanese War before societies do roughly described,and the follow-up of the communist party of China after entering shaanxi economic development,to set up the regime,consolidate the livelihood of the people to form bright contrast,from the side reflects the party organizations of the communist party of China,especially the grass-roots party organization is embedded into the political,economic,cultural,rule of law is closely related to the people all aspects,such as how to influence and change the face of the border region and the life of the masses.Secondly,against the war briefly combed and summarized the development situation of party organizations in the border regions,traces the smooth development and internal logic of the border region's party after from a total resistance of the masses,the importance and complexity of the border region and other aspects to obtain,the shensi-kansu-ningsiaborder region during the Anti-Japanese War in this paper the necessity and importance of strengthening primary party organization construction.The third chapter,from the perspectives of "top,bottom,inside and outside",focuses on the relevant measures to build,develop and consolidate the party's primary organizations in the shan-gansu-ningxia border area during the Anti-Japanese War,studies the construction path and analyzes the internal relations between the measures.In the fourth chapter,based on the new requirements for the work of primary party organizations put forward by the CPC central committee since the 19 th CPC national congress,and in view of the new problems and challenges faced by the work of primary party organizations,the author summarizes the experience of the construction of primary party organizations in the border areas of shanxi,gansu and ningxia,hoping to provide some reference and inspiration for the work of party organizations in the new era.
