| Under the influence of"Rule of Virtue", studying reasonable culture is the typical topic in recent years. In the traditional Chinese legal culture, there are connections between reason and justice. It exists in recent society. It is revolutionary tradition and historical reference by studying reasonable trail in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Revolutionary Region, where accumulates a large amount of practical experience.
