Research On The Use And Supervision Of Civil Affairs Funds In Y Town, Zhejiang Province

Civil affairs funds are "life-saving money" for the people in need.The use and supervision of funds are related to the development and long-term stability of my country's society,and it plays a role in the bottom line of the society.The party and the country attach great importance to it.Zhejiang Province is a strong coastal economic province in my country.There are many differences between Zhejiang Province's civil affairs work and other underdeveloped provinces in the areas of civil affairs work and the problems faced.Town Y is a typical mountainous town in Zhejiang Province.Its economic development is based on tourism.This article will take Y Town as an example to investigate and study the use and supervision of funds in the civil affairs work of Town Y,find out the problems,and provide suggestions for improvement of civil affairs work to improve the civil affairs work of Town Y development of.This article first summarizes the basic situation of our civil affairs based on a large number of domestic and foreign civil affairs reform experience documents,including the content of civil affairs work,the source of civil affairs funds,the use and supervision of civil affairs funds,and the basic management and use of civil affairs funds in principle;Then this article conducted data surveys and visits to town Y in Zhejiang Province,investigated and analyzed the use and distribution of civil affairs funds in Town Y from 2015 to 2019 from a statistical perspective,and analyzed the distribution process of civil affairs funds in Town Y from the perspective of governance processes.As well as the supervision status of the civil affairs funds of Town Y,the problems in the use and supervision of the civil affairs funds of Town Y are obtained through analysis.Then this article starts with the analysis of the causes of the problems,and formulates recommendations for the use and supervision of the civil affairs funds of Y Town in Zhejiang Province.Finally,use system dynamics and entity-based modeling methods to model through the Anylogic software platform to model and simulate the civil affairs fund policies of Y Town in Zhejiang Province,and explore the use of simulation and simulation methods to formulate township-level civil affairs fund use and supervision policies.Feasibility provides an important direction for our country's future research on precision governance.
