An Exploration Of The Dilemma Of The Lack Of Social Work Functions In Smart Elderly Care

With the deepening of aging in China,the problem of pension is more and more serious.At present,the domestic aged service system presents the basic pattern of "home-based pension,community-based pension and institutional pension as supplement".However,in the face of the huge elderly population and the increasing demand for the elderly,the aged service gradually reveals the imbalance between supply and demand.The efficiency and quality of the aged service are still improving.The intelligent elderly care support with the "Internet plus" information transmission channel and information technology means will provide more convenient,efficient and professional aged services for the elderly.Relying on modern technology,intelligent elderly care has become an effective way to solve the problem of elderly care,with advantages of convenience,timeliness and professionalism.In essence,as an innovative aged service,to meet the needs of service objects is the core and key of intelligent elderly care,as well as the value and significance of social work.Social work is oriented by altruism,emphasizing the value concept and service method of specialization,and ensuring the quality of aged service.Therefore,social work should undertake the function of changing the service object from "passive pension" to "active pension",promoting the integration of intellectual technology and humanistic care in intelligent elderly care,and establishing professional authority of social work.This paper takes the practice of intelligent elderly care in area a as the research object.Through the research method of participation and observation,it finds that social work has the problem of lack of function in intelligent elderly care.In fact,it undertakes the administrative assistance for intelligent elderly care and plays the instrumental role of licensed social workers,which leads to the lack of targeted satisfaction of intelligent elderly care for the elderly demand and upholding the technology first aged service.This paper analyzes the problem that the social work specialty is resourced in the service concept and the intelligent elderly care.Specifically,the lack of social work function in the intelligent elderly care is due to the low professional identity of social work,strong dependence of social work,and lack of participation channels in social work.In order to solve these three problems,social work plays an irreplaceable role.It promotes the in-depth development of intelligent elderly care by advocating the "old-oriented" service concept,building a professional discourse system,and evaluating aged services by various means.The integration of intelligent elderly care and social work services can meet the needs of the elderly.It is believed that in the near future,with the promotion of social work,smart elderly care will with both technical accuracy and humanistic temperature.
