Study On Social Work Intervention In Urban Empty Nest Elderly Home Care Service Problem

With the rapid economic development and transition in China,the results of science and technology and medical development are emerging,the national standard of living is significantly improved,the life expectancy is longer,the elderly population is increasing,the proportion of population aging continues to increase.According to the national aging Committee data,the number of empty nest elderly in China reached 2,340 million,the number of empty nest families has reached 49.7%,and empty nest families in some old urban areas have reached more than 80%.After the home care model beyond the traditional family pension and institutional pension model,become a new trend of the elderly,how to solve the empty nest elderly home care has become the focus of social attention.Social Work as a professional to help others service can provide new vitality for the empty nest elderly home care service.This paper selected the empty nest elderly living alone or living With spouse in community W of Wuhan as the research object,to understand the status and problems of home care for empty nest elderly,pay attention to their needs for home care service.Combined With the current relevant policies,data and literature,understand the existing social Work system on the intervention of urban empty nest elderly,and use qualitative investigation and quantitative study methods to study.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter of the thesis begins with an introduction to the general research background of the paper and the significance of its research,the research object and research methods in detail,and defines the related concept.At the same time,the paper reviews the research of the empty nest elderly at home and abroad,and puts forward the theoretical basis related to this article.The second part describes the status and existing problems of community empty nest elderly home care service,the third part analyzes the feasibility and necessity of social work intervention in urban empty nest elderly service.The fourth part presents the Work of this group,including the preliminary preparation of the early preparation to each event and the assessment after the end of the group.The fifth part is the summary and prospect of the practice,summarizes the deficiencies of the study,and prospects the future urban empty nest elderly care service.
