Henri lefebvre,a modern French thinker,is an important representative of western marxism. His critical theory of daily life formed the critical tradition of western marxism from the perspective of cultural and social criticism. His critical theory of daily life is the construction of humanistic marxism on the basis of inheriting relevant theories of marxism and combining the current situation of the development of capitalist society.Through his research on Marx's economic and philosophical manuscript of 1844,he creatively put forward the thought of alienation of daily life based on Marx's theory of alienation of labor.Through the inheritance of materialist dialectics, the author creatively puts forward the overall dialectics.Lefebvre's theory of daily life starts from the individual man, analyzes the essence of man and its alienation, and points out that only through cultural revolution can the final destination of daily life criticism be realized, that is "the total man".With the liberation of human being as the core, this paper logically combs out and summarizes lefebvre's critical theory of daily life, and further understands the theoretical value of lefebvre's critical theory of daily life from the perspective of comparative analysis with Marx's thought. The first part is to expound the theory of alienation, the core of lefebvre's criticism of daily life.Lefebvre fully realized that the theory of alienation was "the yeast in Marx's thought",and found the importance of daily life criticism on this basis, pointing out that marxism was "the epistemology of daily life criticism".From Marx to lefebvre, the theory of alienation has experienced the change and development from the alienation of labor to the alienation of daily life. The root of alienation has also changed from monism to pluralism, and the criticism of society has also changed from the criticism of commodity fetishism to the ideological criticism of daily life. The second part introduces dialectics, the research method of critical theory of daily life, and makes a comparative analysis with Marx.Lefebvre opposed the natural dialectics of the former Soviet union, and believed that Hegel's dialectics was "headstand".He highly affirmed Marx's materialist dialectics and "transferred it to daily life",and innovatively developed it into general dialectics and ternary space dialectics. The third part mainly makes a comparative analysis of Marx and lefebvre's revolutionary approaches to overcome alienation.Lefebvre's cultural revolutionary way of "turning daily life into a work of art" is in sharp contrast to Marx's traditional revolutionary way of economic and political revolution, which also shows the transformation of social liberation from the general liberation of human beings to the liberation of individual daily life. The fourth part is the final destination of daily life criticism-"the whole person".Lefebvre developed the theory of "total man" on the basis of inheriting Marx's thought of "comprehensiveman".He pointed out that "total man" refers to the artistic form that eliminates alienation, achieves the unity of "subject-object" and transcends daily life.Compared with Marx, there are many differences between humanistic marxism and real marxism in the theoretical starting point, comprehensive human realization approach and realization possibility.
