Along with the economic system,the social structure transformation and the interest pattern unceasing thorough adjustment,the people's life and the idea day by day diversification,the social public security situation also becomes complex stern.With the rapid increase of the tasks of the public security work,the public security departments need to face the emergence of new problems and new challenges,but the serious lack of human resources,it makes auxiliary police become the necessary choice to maintain the social stability under the background of the current economic and social development and the serious shortage of police force.At present,the auxiliary police have made great contributions to the security of the society and the People's well-being.The auxiliary police officers also bear more and more responsibilities and work pressure,which has also caused problems restricting the development of this group.Among them,the motivation of Auxiliary Police Force is the core issue affecting the sustainable development of the Auxiliary Police Force.This paper is based on Herzberg's two-factor theory,taking L City public security system as the research object to carry out the investigation,through the literature research method,and analyzes the reasons from two aspects of health care factors and incentive factors respectively,among them,the lack of administrative environment,weak management supervision mechanism and imperfect salary system result in the unscientific management of Auxiliary Police Force and great difference in treatment In parallel with this incentive factor,the performance appraisal does not match,reward and punishment mechanisms can not be effectively implemented,job promotion is not standardized,inadequate training resulting in inadequate material security,low job satisfaction,hindered career development and other issues.Based on the theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the auxiliary police incentive mechanism of L City public security system,and applies the two-factor theory to perfect the auxiliary police incentive theory and organization theory,so as to enrich the health factors of the auxiliary police incentive mechanism,strengthen the incentive factors of the auxiliary police incentive mechanism,seek the way to deal with,maximize the enthusiasm and creativity of the auxiliary police force.
