As an important strategic supplement to the public security organs,auxiliary police plays an important role in maintaining social security and stability,cracking down on crimes and other police work.Facing the problem of high mobility of auxiliary police,how to formulate policies to improve the organizational loyalty of auxiliary police has become an urgent practical problem to be solved.In order to construct the whole chain perspective of the study of auxiliary police organization loyalty,this paper takes the organizational support theory as the main line to discuss the formation process of auxiliary police organization loyalty,and studies the direct effect of organizational incentive on organizational loyalty,the chain intermediary effect of organizational support and organizational commitment,and the moderating effect of organizational trust.At the same time,based on the data of 700 subjects,this study conducted data analysis and hypothesis verification by using one-way analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis,Bootstrap mediation effect test and hierarchical regression adjustment effect test,so as to explore the real path of loyalty generation of auxiliary police organizations.Finally,the empirical results from 700 subjects show that organizational motivation has a significant positive impact on organizational loyalty;Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on organizational loyalty;Organizational commitment plays a significant mediating role between organizational motivation and organizational loyalty.The perceived organizational support and organizational commitment have a significant chain mediating effect between organizational motivation and organizational loyalty.Organizational trust has a significant positive moderating effect between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment.In addition,this study also analyzed the influence of different demographic characteristics on the organizational loyalty of auxiliary police,and found that: the organizational loyalty of auxiliary police with different demographic characteristics is not the same,and there are significant differences in the distribution of demographic variables such as age,years of work,job level,work unit,specific job post,annual income level.Therefore,this study thinks that the public security organs should change the incentive concept and build a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism for auxiliary police;Strengthen organizational support and establish a firm and reliable commitment to auxiliary police organizations;Enhance trust in organizations and build a mutual trust mechanism for mutual benefit.
