With the change of social structure and the renewal of people's concept, the maintenance obligation of the elderly is not all borne by the son at the present stage, even in the family with many children, the daughter also bears the obligation in the family pension. The daughter plays an important role in ensuring the quality of life of the old people in rural areas and improving the security and happiness of the old people's life in old age.Under the social background of the deepening aging of the population, the accelerating process of industrialization and urbanization, the large number of rural labor force flowing to the city, the low level of rural old-age security and the impact of the concept of "raising children and preventing old age ",the traditional single-son old-age model can satisfy a large number of people The basic needs of rural elderly, the role of daughters in the family pension is increasingly prominent. On the basis of gender theory, exchange theory and demand-level theory, this paper carries on the in-depth investigation and interview to D village, describes the present situation of multi-child families in D village, analyzes the behavioral change and the realistic basis of the transformation of daughters' participation in family pension.More attention is paid to the quality of life of the elderly. However, the daughters of D village are also facing a series of difficulties in participating in the old-age care, including the backward concept of rural old-age care, the lack of pension resources that women can provide, the separation of participation in pension behavior and property inheritance rights, and the lack of state and social support for old-age security.Based on these difficulties, the author also puts forward some suggestions: first,we should publicize and guide our daughters to provide for the aged and change the traditional old-age concept;second,we should improve the employment opportunities for women and enhance their ability to support them;third,we should balance the unequal rights and obligations of daughters in intergenerational exchange;and fourth,we should improve the rural social old-age security system Although there are many unsolved problems, the new old-age mode of D daughter's participation in family pension can still play an important role in alleviating the pressure of the whole society and further improving the rural old-age system.
