| Youth sports personnel training grassroots organizations(referred to as:grass-roots organizations)is the weight of young sports talents training want position.The grass-roots organizations not only shoulder the important task of conveying talents to the higher level sports echelon,but also have the task of expanding the basic sports population and training the sports backbone,and its development is directly related to the sustainable development of competitive sports.As a strong sports Province,Jiangsu has provided a large number of excellent sports talents for the country and other provinces and cities.However,because of the advantages of regional resources accumulation,development of competitive sports development pattern of decreasing from the south to the north of the gradient,which has become an unavoidable problem of overall coordinated development of competitive sports in Jiangsu province.As an important region in North Jiangsu Province of Jiangsu,has accumulated for a long time is weak in economy,education,culture and other aspects,there is a big gap with the Soviet Union,South of Jiangsu,youth sports training is obviously insufficient power,facing the problem of amateur training atrophy,the shortage of students source,lack of funds,which seriously restrict the development of grass-roots organizations.This paper uses the methods of literature,interviews,surveys and other research methods,five research areas of Jiangsu city(Yancheng,Lianyungang,Xuzhou,Suqian,Huaian),site visits and Sports Bureau leaders,grass-roots management cadres,coaches,related to a comprehensive understanding of the amateur sports training work;secondly,based on the questionnaires and combined with the theory,in the management system,the coaches and athletes as the main line of analysis,in-depth analysis of the development of the plight of grassroots organizations;finally,explore the development path in line with North Jiangsu area actual grass-roots organizations,in order to improve the practical operating conditions and the development of grassroots organizations to provide decision-making reference,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development to promote the competitive sports Jiangsu province.The results show that:(1)The grassroots organization management imbalance,uneven development and utilization of resources,funding sources and insufficient investment;training form and regional development differences,with the "three" and "two";the project is unreasonable,mainly to the social influence and popularity,the basis of good projects,not for the construction of talent team.(2)The number of athletes is decreasing gradually,and the selection of talents is difficult and the degree of scientific knowledge is not high.The talent transportation channel is not smooth,and has not yet formed a three-dimensional network delivery system,the brain drain is serious.The contradiction between learning and training is prominent,and the combination of physical education and teaching is nominal.Sports competitions are not enough to connect each other,the number of events is uneven,and the leverage of competition is difficult to play.(3)Coaches are basically taught by retired athletes,and their comprehensive quality is low.The training opportunities and benefits are poor,the training form,cycle and assessment mechanism are not perfect,and it is difficult to form a scientific and perfect training mechanism.At the same time,the coaches lack effective incentive means and assessment mechanism,and some coaches are less motivated.(4)To the grassroots organization management,personnel training,the three aspects of supervision mechanism as the main path,explore the establishment of the grass-roots organization of the region in line with the actual development of specific measures,implementation of grassroots organizations in a planned and focused work,provide a realistic path for the development of reference for grassroots organizations. |
