Research On The Formation And Development Dilemma Of Social Work Organizations

In recent years,with the transformation of China's government functions,the social service supply model that was mainly swayed by the government is not suited to the needs of current social development,and the supply of social services urgently needs new ideas.Therefore,social organizations have sufficient development space,and have been sporadically established throughout the country.Based on the era environment in which China's social work is developing,this paper inspires the social phenomenon of C County social work institutions in Zhejiang Province in a short period of time,and selects a representative local social work organization(hereinafter referred to as Y).As a case study,the social work organization explores the generation process of the social work organization from scratch and the main problems facing the current development.This paper mainly uses observation method and interview method as the method of data collection,and conducts qualitative research on this basis.Through research,the author first sorts out the background reasons for the establishment of Y social work organization,and explores the stage characteristics of the social work organization in the process of the organization through the research perspective of the life cycle.Based on this,further elaborate on the development status of Y social work institutions,such as organizational structure,project operation,and funding sources.Secondly,through the comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the organization,the main dilemmas of the current institutional development are explored,namely,the autonomy is fragile,the professionalism is vague,and the sense of identity is insufficient.In view of the above dilemmas,the author analyzes the causes from three levels: government,social work institutions and social cognition.With the main ideas of resource dependence theory,the author continuously clarifies the relationship between dilemmas and causes.Finally,from the two aspects of the government and social work institutions,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of the organization are proposed.This study provides some empirical supplements for case studies of social work institutions.It aims to promote the sustainable development of similar social work institutions in Zhejiang Province and even the whole country.
