Research On The Management Demands And Development Paths Of Grassroots Sports Organizations In Hubei Province

Since the 1990 s,grassroots sports organizations have begun to rise,and in recent years have become an emerging force and an important part of Chinese sports social organizations.These grassroots sports organizations are not only a sports organization,but also a folk force;they are not only a sports aggregate,but also a community of life;they not only have a broad foundation of social legitimacy,but also are close to the lives of ordinary people,enrich sports supplies,Many unique functions,such as promoting social harmony,have attracted much attention from the academic community.However,the research results in the field of grassroots sports organizations are far from enough,and the limited development of grassroots sports organizations has become a common problem.Where should these grassroots sports organizations get development resources? Does it have demands in the process of social transformation and deepening reform? Can we use research as a clue to research and analyze grassroots sports organizations to find a solution to their development problems?Based on the above considerations,taking the perspective of resource dependence theory as the starting point for the study,we selected grassroots sports organizations in Hubei Province as the research object,and analyzed the development cases of grassroots sports organizations by using the methods of literature,field investigation,interview,and questionnaire.Organize existing governance demands and explore the development path and development strategies of grassroots sports organizations.According to the research,a case analysis of the development of grassroots sports organizations in Hubei Province based on the theory of resource dependence has found that grassroots sports organizations have resource demands,motivation demands,system demands,and legality demands.Among them,resource demands are the fundamental demands of grassroots sports organizations facing the survival dilemma.While systemic demands and motivational demands are the key demands that determine the development strategy of grassroots sports organizations,legitimacy demands are the inevitable demands that appear in the development and growth of grassroots sports organizations.Based on the above conclusions,the development path is proposed as follows.First,increase the total resources and optimize the existing stock by adding stadiums and improving the compensation incentive system for social sports instructors.Second,standardize the management structure of grassroots sports organizations and release their inherent development momentum.Third,promulgate programmatic policy documents in the field of grassroots sports organization and improve its system supply.Fourth,by simplifying theregistration process and adopting a filing system,etc.,reduce the entry barriers in the field of grassroots sports organization and expand access to legality.
