Social Capital And Growth Of Grassroots Sports Organizations

The third plenary session of the 18^th central committee of the CPC adopt the resolution:"the decisions of central committee of the CPC on comprehensively deepening reform about several major issues”,pointing out that it's important to stimulate the vitality of social organizations.The decision proposed priority to the cultivation and the development of the social organizations which service the development of urban and rural areas.Such organizations could be founded just after application for registration in accordance with the law.Grassroots sports organizations is one of the effective ways for national fitness activities which can realize people's increasing need of doing exercise.However,the developments of most of the grassroots sports organizations are suffering a shortage of funds,grounds and information.To effectively address the problems above most of the grassroots sports organizations adopt a special and effective strategy,namely getting out of the dilemma by using social capital which hides behind the society.Through deep analysis toward two different types of grassroots sports organizations the author attempts to make it clear the influence of private capital on the development of grassroots sports organizations,the variable ways to address the dilemma and their selection of the strategies that favor their development.Conclusion is that social network,a important form of social capital,exists in every corner of the society which push the grassroots sports organizations forward like invisible hands.Grassroots sports organizations benefit from the source provided by social network,through which they can solve the problems caused by the limited source and promote their healthy and orderly development.The paper is consist of the following five sections:First,the introduction of the background,significance,research method,thinking and targeted issues of the paper.Second,theory review and related concepts of social capital.Third,the analysis how the Jinan Diabolo Club became nationwide famous in diabolo field and successful organized diabolo contest for ten successive times through using social capital in a smart way during its beginning,development and mature period.Fourth,description of how the Taiji Softball committee of Sports Association of old Provincial government employees introduced social talents,reformed and cooperated with enterprise by using the social network.Fifth,conclusion.
