In recent years,a new round of Outline for Basic Education Reform has been widely implemented in the field of education in China,The full implementation of the new curriculum reform in the education sector has led to the comprehensive reform and innovation of educational concepts and educational practices.The new curriculum reform calls for changing teachers’ traditional teaching methods and students’ traditional learning methods:teachers’teaching activities must be centered on students’ "learning",which is conducive to teaching students to master learning strategies and develop students’ learning ability.Based on the fact that the new curriculum reform can effectively solve the problems existing in the current education and teaching,the political instructional case in senior high school emerges as the times require under the background of the new curriculum reform.The teaching practice of the senior high school political instructional case proves that the application of the instructional case has explored an effective teaching method for the development of high school curriculum reform and provided a method for scholastic high school teaching to help students learn independently.The instructional case is an effective carrier for ideological and political classroom teaching.It provides students with a full range of learning programs and interactive teaching processes,which fully reflects the teacher-led,student-centered and effective learning concept.If high school ideological and political teachers do a good job in the preparation of the guidance case,it will be conducive to improving the ability of teachers’ guidance design and can promote the development of individualized learning needs of students.However,in the practice of political teaching,there are many problems in the process of writing and using guides,which leads to the poor teaching effect of the instructional case.Therefore,this project combines the characteristics of the middle school political science curriculum,the author’s own teaching practice and the questionnaire survey conducted.It starts with the status quo of the preparation of ideological and political instructional case in the high school,and focuses on the highlights,problems,the cause of the problem and the corresponding solution in the instructional case of high school ideological and political education.This paper begins with the concept of the instructional case,expounds the characteristics of the instructional case of high school ideological and political courses,as well as the requirements,principles,and procedures for the preparation of the instructional case,and then discusses the necessity of the preparation of the instructional case and clarifies the advantage of it.This paper investigates the teaching practice of the senior high school instructional case through questionnaires,analyzes the highlights and problems in the writing of the instructional case for high school ideological and political courses,and then explores the reasons for the problems in the preparation of it.On this basis,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the instructional case of high school ideological and political education against existing problems.In the end,based on the research results of the paper,starting from the teaching practice,an instructional case of high school ideological and political education has been compiled with PEP ideological and political teaching materials,so as to provide a reference for the preparation of the instructional case.
