Research On The Application Of Seeking Treatment Mode In Social Work Case Service

As one of the three major methods of social work,case work plays an important role in the micro intervention of social work.However,there are various problems in the past practice of case work.The case occurred situation,case on the main life situation,rather than laboratory or institution Western case work,increase case work instability,solve the problem in accordance with the theoretical model and framework of follow the prescribed order of difficulty,affect the casework service process and method.The professional level of values,social workers apply western theory of case work,the procedure is more rigid,with the role of experts in the case,case of the main problems and difficulties of social workers and the "professional" based on their own experience,ignore the question of whether or not the case that the main or real problems.The intervention strategy is based on theory,rather than based on case aspiration,case resources and case management system,and provides case service with wishful thinking.From the perspective of case intervention,the case for services from the perspective of "seeking for",in the case of social workers "to carry out the main problem",the reason,the main causes of the case problems both for multi-level individual and family factors,social influence.The intervention of social workers in mainland China starts from the level of personal attribution,and it is difficult to intervene in family and social level.Based on this case service,it is difficult for the case owners to identify themselves and eventually become sermon.Social workers will also feel powerless to change their families,environment,social policies,and so on.The "search for" perspective means that it is difficult to establish a relationship with the service object in the short term.In the role of social workers,part of the role is weak,the most present is the role of experts and therapists.This leads to the micro level of the case service more than the macro level of social work service,the lack of humanistic feelings and social perspective.In the case of case service time,the time of case service intervention has greatly increased the service cost of institutional and social work.SFBT emerged in the 20 world in 80s.Due to its positive,short-term and guidance oriented characteristics,it has been widely applied in various fields of social work abroad and in Hong Kong and Taiwan,and the effect is remarkable.According to the research in foreign countries and Hong Kong and Taiwan area,the solving mode of treatment can solve related problems in case work theoretically,but it has just started in the mainland area,and lacks practical experience,and the effectiveness and applicability of intervention case work is not obvious.This paper adopts the method of literature and practice,on the one hand through the literature data from previous experience,on the other hand,through searching mode of treatment intervention and mechanism with practical case supervision work summary and exploration,summarizes the optimization process,solution treatment mode of intervention in the case of the interventional techniques and intervention effect,and in the process of exploration seek experience for the treatment of interventional case localization services,promote the development of domestic social work.The practice results show that SFBT has obvious time effect,energy increasing advantage and the initiative and participation of the service object in the case service.The solution treatment mode is involved in the case service,the object of service is guided by the solution and the future,avoiding the complexity of the cause of search,and ensuring the privacy of the service object.The object of service can look at its own problems,find its own ability and advantage,change from an early age,and finally achieve the purpose of solving the problem.At the same time,this article through to find SFBT involved in the case,clear the importance of a good service and the service object,to optimize the searching mode of treatment intervention framework,such as not applicable to abandon the one-way mirror,rest link,to find solutions and services in the service mode of treatment case object to establish equality respect,the service object as the role of experts.These are the localization process of the case-seeking treatment model.The effect of this paper shows that the service object learns to reconstruct the problem and grasp the difficulties and problems faced by the changing process.From the point of view of theory application,the solution treatment model is more easy to operate than the traditional social work theory model,which is convenient for the social workers to master.
