Since the 21 st century,more and more attention has been paid to science and technology.The view that "science and technology is the first productive force" has become a common consensus among people.In many social life,science and technology have been more and more connected with each other,Under this background,it is particularly important to permeate the idea of science,technology and society in education.The Biology Curriculum Standard for General Senior High School(Experiment),students have been asked to understand the relationship between biological science,biotechnology,and society.In particular,emphasis should be placed on further developing students scientific inquiry ability and further improving their biological science literacy and biological core literacy."STS" is an acronym for English Science,Technology,and Society.It is an abbreviation for "Science,Technology,and Society." STS education is a new education concept put forward in education reforms at home and abroad.It is a systematic discipline that emphasizes the interrelationship between science,technology,and society.It emphasizes cultivating students' scientific inquiry ability anda tendency of thinking in dealing with science and technology and social problems,training complex and practical talents,placing science and technology in the social environment for learning,and guiding students to establish correct outlook on life,values,and world view.This study conducted research on the penetration of scientific and social development data through literature research,non-structural interview,and questionnaire surveys.This study describes the background of the rise of STS education,an overview of STS education,and the current research status of STS education at home and abroad.It also introduces the principles and approaches for the penetration of scientific,technological,and social development data.The author integrates information by searching for foreign language documents,which is close to 13 New progress in science and technology since the year,cutting-edge new knowledge,supplemented by Zhu Zhengwei,Zhao Zhanliang editor of the People's Education Press,“Molecules and Cells,” and Compulsory Second,“Heredity and Evolution”,conducted an education experiment in a middle school in Mudanjiang City.Through questionnaires on more than 240 students from Mudanjiang No.1 Middle School and unstructured interviews,etc.to understand the impact of science,technology,and social development materials on high school students,we combined biology teaching with STS education theory.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the experimental class for the teaching of science,technology,and social development materials.After the pre-test and post-test comparison analysis,The results show that infiltrating science,technology,society and other frontier development materials in high school biology teaching can help students to stimulate the interest in learning,cultivate students' curiosity and enthusiasm for learning,and at the same time help cultivate students' social participation ability.It is hoped that the scientific,technological and social extension materials of this study can make some contributions to basic education.
