Objective:In this experiment,taijiquan was used to intervene in the elderly patients with Ather-osclerosis in the community.Observe the effects of 24 weeks of exercise intervention on the subjects' baPWV,body composition,blood lipid,homocysteine,endothelin and inflammatory factors,etc.To analyze the effect and interrelationship of taijiquan exercise on the prevention and treatment of arteriosclerosis in the elderly It is shown that taijiquan reduces arterial hardness and prevents atherosclerosis,providing a theoretical reference for arteriosclerosis.Methods:In this study,Screening of baPWV abnormal patients in community 42 people(male 8,female 34),and The average age was 66.45 +/-3.16 years old.According to the patients'choice,they were divided into exercise group and non-exercise control group,among which 27 were in the exercise group and 15 in the control group.Before intervention,the exercise group formulated individual exercise intensity for each subject's target rate and self-fatigue rating,and subjected to moderate intensity taijiquan exercise for 1h/day and 6 days/week.Subjects before the experiment,the movement was detected in 6 month of height,weight,body fat rate,baPWV,ABI,and so on physiological indexes and blood lipid(triglyceride,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol),homocysteine,endothelin,inflammatory cytokines(intercellular adhesion molecule-1,hypersensitive c-reactive protein,adiponectin)and other biochemical indicators.Results:(1)there was a significant decrease in baPWV and ABI of the exercise group during the 24 weekends(P<0.01)and no significant changes in the control group before and after the exercise.(2)Than before and exercise,exercise group 24 weekend body fat rate,TC,TG,LDL-c all appear to drop significantly(P<0.01),HDL-c significantly increased(P<0.01),no significant change in the control group before and after the experiment(3)Than before and exercise,exercise group 24 weekend Hcy,ET all appear to drop significantly(P<0.01),24 weekend sports group of Hcy compared with the control group with significant difference(P<0.05),the control group there was no significant change after the experiment before the experiment.(4)Compared with the pre-exercise group,there was a significant decrease in ICAM-1 and hs-crp at the end of 24 weekends(P<0.01),no significant change in ADP,and no significant change in the control group before the experiment.(5)After correlation analysis,baPWV was positively correlated with TC,Hey,ET,ICAM-1 and hs-crp(r=0.629,P<0.05).R=0.459,P<0.05;R =0.624,P<0.01;R =0.530,P<0.01,r=0.548,P<0.01,and negative correlation with ADP(r=-0.531,P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The 24 weeks Taijiquan can significantly reduce the baPWV and ABI of patients with abnormal arterial hardness,and taijiquan can be used AS a means of preventing and treating AS.2.The 24 weeks Taijiquan can effectively improve the body fat rate of patients with abnormal arterial hardness;Significantly lowering the levels of TC,TG and ldl-c and elevating HDL-c level can effectively improve blood lipid status and reduce the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.3.The 24 weeks Taijiquan can effectively reduce the level of HCY and ET,thus reducing the damage of vascular endothelium and preventing the development of AS.4.The 24 weeks Taijiquan can effectively reduce serum inflammation icam-1 and hs-crp levels in the subjects,thus reducing baPWV and improving dyslipidemia,which can be used AS one of the mechanisms for the prevention and treatment of AS.
