Explore The Reform And Innovation Of Chengdu Volleyball Activity Month

Volleyball into campus is a new strategy extended after the slogan of "revitalizing the three big balls" put forward by our country.Since the introduction of volleyball into campus,local governments attached great importance and responded positively.The campus is a fertile ground for the development of volleyball.To promote the development of volleyball,entering the campus is the best way.With the holding of Chengdu volleyball month,a good campus volleyball atmosphere has been formed in Chengdu,and some volleyball Olympic champions,such as Rongfang Zhang,Yan Liang,Jing Chen,have emerged.The main manifestation of volleyball entering campus in Chengdu is to match and display volleyball in each school through volleyball month.However,since the launch of Chengdu volleyball month,there has not been much change in activity planning,activity form and activity organization.In the long run,the attraction of volleyball month will decrease,which will be unfavorable to the promotion of volleyball in Chengdu and the sustainable development of volleyball month.Under the new situation,the volleyball month in Chengdu should bring forth new ideas,follow the law of students' physical and mental development,and adapt to the development of the times.This paper takes Chengdu volleyball month as the research object,and by using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,this paper makes an investigation and study on the volleyball month in Chengdu.This paper analyzes on the significance of the development of Chengdu Volleyball month and the principles to be followed,and puts forward some tentative ideas for the reform and innovation of Chengdu volleyball month:1.Reform and innovate in construction of the campus volleyball culture.2.Reform and Innovation in the diversification of competition forms.3.Reform and innovation in transmission,padding,and single-item technology competitions.4.Expand the scope of participation in the activity month and break through the limited reform and innovation in primary and secondary schools.In order to promote the development of volleyball month and the popularization of volleyball in Chengdu,it is suggested that physical education teachers should accord to the physical and mental characteristics of students of different ages,division of work and cooperation to bring forth new ideas through the past;Chengdu Volleyball Association should increase the training of PE teachers and expand the ways for PE teachers to acquire professional knowledge and skills of Volleyball;Volleyball activity month should focus on cultivating students' interest,expanding Sports workers should grasp the great opportunity of national attention to sports and the support of policies and guidelines,and make suggestions for opening a new chapter in volleyball.
