Research On The Status Quo And Development Countermeasures Of Amateur Volleyball In Chengdu

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has grown by leaps and bounds,and it has now become the world's second largest economy.Under the condition that material life is satisfied,many people begin to pursue a healthy lifestyle.Therefore,exercise becomes a large part of people's choice.The implementation of policies such as the "Healthy China 2030 Plan Outline" and "Outline of the National Fitness Program" has created a good foundation for the development of amateur volleyball in Chengdu.Volleyball is one of the more extensive sports events in China.However,because of multiple constraints,its breadth and depth have limitations.This article selects the features of Chengdu amateur volleyball sports as research and analysis,and uses literature,law,questionnaires,field surveys,expert interviews,and logical analysis methods to participate in Chengdu amateur activities through questionnaires.The volleyball team members conducted a survey and had a clearer understanding of their personal basic information and the related situations involved in amateur volleyball.Through visiting surveys,we learned about the scale and operation of amateur volleyball held in Chengdu each year,providing the basis for the writing of this article.Based on the analysis of the status of amateur volleyball in Chengdu,a long-term and in-depth investigation focused on the characteristics of the development of amateur volleyball in Chengdu and the factors influencing the development of amateur volleyball in Chengdu and the development of volleyball at home and abroad.The experience of better cities will summarize the road suitable for the development of amateur volleyball in Chengdu.This not only can reveal the development of amateur volleyball in Chengdu,but also can make it more popular in the direction of better development,and it can provide a theoretical basis for amateur volleyball sports in other regions.The study found that the overall situation of Chengdu amateur volleyball sports is as follows: The main participants of the event are students,volleyball enthusiasts from all walks of life,and the motivation for participation is physical fitness,entertainment and friends,and the main form of activities is competition.The competition forms are relatively simple,there is a shortage of activity venues and there is no professional staff to provide professional guidance.There is no fixed management organization.The main reasons are: the influence of volleyball's own characteristics and the influence of participants;the lack of media propaganda for volleyball and school's lack of attention to physical education,and the incomplete development of volleyball clubs.According to the conclusions,the following suggestions are made: The government strengthens the construction of volleyball courts in Chengdu,protects the material basis for the development of volleyball activities,optimizes the structure of volleyball social instructors,and increases the number of volleyball social instructors;vigorously develops volleyball activities and improves volleyball among students.Popularize;raise the level of the organization of the event,strengthen the propaganda and reporting on the game;vigorously support the club's development and form a sustainable development mechanism.
