On The Reform Of The Teaching Of College Volleyball. From The Point Of View Of The Student Body --- On The Beijing College Volleyball Lesson Teaching Objectives, Teaching Content, Progress Of Reform

Following the innovation of the education and physical education, teaching volleyball has also taken place for many years. In base of the investigation of the Beijing university: the volleyball teacher is paying attention to "student-centered " idea, but development of the theory is later than what they did. Where is the way of volleyball innovation, we must think what we should do.Volleyball teaching of "teacher centered" is only thinking of the teacher but neglecting the characteristic and difference of the student. They teach them basic steps and basic skills till they fail to learn any more. Student said volleyball make them boring. volleyball have itself specialty and charm, we must pay attention to the student themselves after then study how to innovate teaching volleyball .The very important thing we must do is to make the teacher pleased to teach and student learn it happily .There are many reasons result to that , and the factors which affect the innovation is so many. Through studying the goal of the teaching ,content of the teaching, the way to teach and some basic theory , I put forward different theory and idea. Because of the instability of the theory development and the traditional idea they don't know how to develop these theory of the P.E. Hence how to innovate the volleyball teaching is so difficult. To make them happily to have volleyball class and interested in it. The results are :1 Teaching in elite way must turn to the student centered principal .2 It is necessary to widen the extension of the teaching aim, and make the students realize that teaching volleyball is the first step for them to form good exercise habit.3 In order to have a deep appreciation of volleyball, teacher should add appreciation class. and help the student understanding playing volleyball without big filed and equipment is also available.4 Thinking of the principal part of student, volleyball game could be arrange ahead. In the same time total teaching hours add up to 30% of that, and many kinds of volleyball game should be organized.
