The improvement of teaching reflection ability of high school Chinese teachers is an effective way to promote teachers' specialization.It is also the trend of education reform in the new period.The new curriculum standard also puts forward higher requirements to teachers.As the senior high school Chinese teachers in the new period,we must set up the consciousness of lifelong learning,complete the teaching goals and tasks creatively in the reflection of teaching,take the students' physical and mental development as the fundamental purpose,improve their professional level,and make themselves a research teacher with the spirit of innovation.But at present,teachers have a lot of obstacles in improving their teaching reflection ability and promoting the course of specialization.Teachers' reflection consciousness is weak,teaching reflection ability is not high,teaching reflection environment is limited and so on,which hinders the development and development of teachers' specialization to a certain extent.Therefore,the teachers of high school language teachers should be found in teaching teaching.It is of great significance for teachers to make clear the purpose of teaching reflection,to develop teaching reflection habits,and to promote the process of specialization.The full text is divided into three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The text is divided into three chapters.The introduction mainly discusses the origin and research value of the study of teaching reflection,and summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad,and makes clear the research ideas,methods and innovations of this study.The first chapter of this thesis first summarizes the teaching reflection ability of Chinese teachers in senior high schools.Including the connotation of high school Chinese teachers'teaching reflection ability.Teaching reflection and reflective thinking,reflective teaching and teaching reflection,the ability to reflect on the teaching of high school Chinese teachers;the second part is the characteristics of the life-long,practical,conscious,critical and objective orientation of the teaching reflection ability of high school Chinese teachers;the third part studies the high school Chinese teachers.The main content of teaching reflection;finally points out the significance of improving the teaching reflection ability of high school Chinese teachers,that is,it is beneficial to the professional development of teachers and the improvement of the current situation of Chinese teaching,and provides a theoretical basis for the investigation and research of X high school.The second chapter is to find out the realistic factors which are hindered by the teaching reflection ability of the high school Chinese teachers.Taking X high school as an example,we carry out a questionnaire survey.Through the design of some pertinent problems,the questionnaire is issued in real time,and through interviews with some teachers,the data are arranged,analyzed and studied,and the high school Chinese teachers are summed up.The current situation and problems of teaching reflection.That is,the teachers' own teaching reflection ability is simple,the teaching reflection is passive,the teaching reflection is not clear,the school and the social evaluation mechanism is not perfect,the heavy task and pressure to the teachers,and the teaching reflection atmosphere is not strong,lack of communication and other problems.The third chapter is mainly to combine the results of the investigation,and put forward some pertinent suggestions on the problems and reasons that impede the improvement of teaching reflection ability of high school Chinese teachers.At the individual level,the teachers should increase the intensity of reading and writing,listen to others' evaluation,find the"teaching points",reflect on the practice and use modern technology to reflect on the teaching.In the school and social level,we can carry out the practice of Chinese education,teacher training,strengthen the communication and cooperation of subjects,optimize the evaluation mechanism and create a good system.The teaching reflection environment and the use of media lead the cultural teaching reflection consciousness.
