Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 Edition,revised in 2020)emphasizes that ideological and political curriculum in senior high schools is a key course to implement the fundamental task of moral cultivation,advocates the cultivation of students' core literacy of ideological and political subjects,and requires senior high school ideological and political teachers to change their teaching concepts in time and constantly improve their professional quality.Teaching reflection is the key for teachers to realize their own professional development,adapt to curriculum reform,improve teaching quality and promote students' overall development.In order to improve their professional quality and adapt to the new curriculum reform to better implement the fundamental task of moral education,many high school ideological and political teachers actively reflect on teaching,but there are still some problems.Based on literature research,this paper summarizes the concept,theoretical basis,characteristics and significance of teaching reflection of high school ideological and political course teachers.Through investigation,interview and case analysis,it is found that high school ideological and political course teachers have insufficient understanding of teaching reflection,low frequency,poor way,incomplete content and low level of teaching reflection.The main causes of the problems are the lack of teachers' important quality of in-depth teaching reflection,the heavy task leads to less time and energy for teaching reflection,the assessment attaches more importance to "enrollment rate" and causes teaching reflection to neglect "learning",and the lack of effective support of institutions and organizations for teaching reflection.In view of these problems,corresponding countermeasures are put forward from teachers,education administrators and normal universities:Teachers should set up correct teaching concepts,establish clear development goals,strengthen teaching theory learning,enrich the ways of teaching reflection and perfect the content of teaching reflection so as to improve the effectiveness of teaching reflection;The educational administrative departments should arrange teachers' teaching tasks rationally,establish scientific assessment standards for teachers,give full play to the cooperative reflection function of teaching and research groups,optimize the mutual promotion mechanism of mentoring and improving the quality and quantity of continuing education resources to create a good reflection environment;Teachers in normal colleges and universities should cooperate with teachers outside the school to do a good job in pre-service training of teachers,post-service follow-up of teachers and optimization of continuing education training to improve teachers' reflective ability.
