With the rapid development of economy,and the unceasing enhancement of livelihood,our country's education career is changing with each passing day.Teaching reforms in colleges and universities are deeper,the traditional teaching models and methods in the old days have not meet the needs of present teaching.New teaching methods are constantly emerging with the deepening teaching reform.However,the physical education teaching in colleges and universities teaching is not getting enough attention for long time,and in ordinary university,sports teaching situation is not optimistic at present.The teaching situation,in fact,is students having been accustomed to the traditional teaching method,which is the mixture of collection,instruction,group exercises,and student practice.Then,they slowly evolved into a sheep type teaching mode,Students don't get enough joy,while emotion,attitude and sense of value can't acquire well development.According to the present situation of P.E.in universities and colleges,experts and scholars have done much research.They try and explore a lot about P.E.teaching and receive many effective ways to improve it from the study of medicine and literature,especially in balls games,such as explore teaching mode,cooperative learning method,the layered teaching method,asynchronous teaching method,group learning method,game teaching method,etc.Drawing lessons from the research achievements of predecessors,referring to a large number of relevant materials,associating with the characteristics of physical education teaching and also carrying on the bold attempt and experiment,this article introduces the PBL teaching method from the study of medicine and practical teaching,generally arrange and summarize the related theories in combination with the requirements of physical education teaching.Under the PBL teaching,which has had the fundament of the P.E.research,we can summarize and explore suitable ways for ordinary university basketball teaching research in our country.In aerobics,martial arts,long jump or some other sports,there are full of literature and information,from which PBL teaching research can learn.PBL teaching has been quiet advanced in the teaching research of medicine and other non-sport sectors,and this provides solid theoretical foundation and support materials for the teaching experiment of this study.This paper applys PBL teaching method to the ordinary university basketball teaching,through a large number of literature readings and the guidance of the relevant experts and professors.And the main research contents of this study are as follows: the changing of physical quality,basketball foundation,theory,basketball skills(turn-back dribbling,place both hands on the chest passing,three-step layup),sports interest in learning,discovery,analysis and problem solving skills,communication and cooperation ability,etc.This paper will use many literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method and mathematical statistics research methods,and regards the students in Shandong Medical College as the research object,two classes randomly chosen as experimental classes,and comparative classes,each class 60.The randomly selected classes are No.3 classes and No.4 classes for clinical medicine(25 for both classes and 35 for girls).After half a semester of teaching experiment,SPSS analysis software was used to analyze the experimental data comprehensively,and the main research results were analyzed as follows:(1)After the basketball teaching experiment for half a semester,although the physical quality of the two classes was improved,there was no significant difference in the physical quality of the two classes,P was equal to 0.05.The reason was that the physical quality improve restricted and influenced by many factors,and it may need long time teaching,and just half a semester of PBL teaching two classes does not make students' body quality difference.The PBL teaching method has no significant difference compared with the traditional teaching method.(2)The experimental results show that: although there is no significant difference between experimental class and physical quality in comparative classes,comparative classes and experimental classes of basketball skills(turn-back dribbling,place both hands on the chest passing,three-step layup)all had significant difference.There was a significant difference in basketball scores between the experimental class and the control class,P < 0.05.The PBL teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method for the improvement of basketball skills of college students.(3)The SPSS analysis software was used to analyze the students' interest in physical education,P < 0.05.This indicates that there are significant differences in the interest of PE study in the experimental class and the control class.The PBL teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method in terms of improving the students' interest in PE study.(4)After the experimental teaching,the P value of question learning in cultivating students' ability to find and solve problems and communication and cooperation ability is also less than 0.05.This indicates that PBL teaching method superior to traditional teaching methods in improving students' communication and cooperation ability and the ability to analyze and solve problems.(5)The theory level of comparative classes and experimental classes of basketball before this trail are homogeneous,and after half a semester of basketball teaching experiment and data analysis by SPSS,the theory achievement of experimental classes and comparative classes of basketball also exist significant difference,P ? 0.05.This achievement indicates that the PBL teaching method superior to the traditional teaching method in terms of the improvement of students' theoretical achievements.
