| With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform process,the domestic higher education reform is trying to find the development direction that conforms to the actual situation of the country.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China provides a clear direction for the development of higher education and emphasizes to promote the connotative development of education.Physical education is responsible for training all kinds of excellent physical education talents for the country and society.Schools should focus on training students' ability of independent thinking and learning,as well as their ability to explore,research and deal with problems,rather than simply teachers' speaking and students' listening.PBL teaching method focuses on the training of students' subjective initiative during the teaching period,which requires students to find solutions by themselves.In the process of solving problems,students are required to improve their motivation for learning,strengthen their practical skills,mobilize their enthusiasm for independent learning,and cultivate their abilities of self-improvement,language organization,oral expression and interpersonal communication.The experiment proves that PBL teaching method can train students' basketball and other sports very well,which has certain promotion and use value.In this paper,PBL teaching method is applied to the teaching of Public Sports Basketball Optional Course in Henan University Physical Education College.Based on the literature research and the guidance of relevant experts,the specific contents of this research are: basketball foundation,basketball skills(dribbling round-trip shooting,in-situ shooting,triangle sliding).By using the experimental methods of literature,teaching experiment,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the 2019 Basketball Optional students of Henan University as the experimental objects and conducts an experimental study of 32 class hours for 16 weeks.According to the basic basketball skills and physical quality tests of the students in the basketball optional class,the two classes without obvious differences are divided into the experimental class and the control class,with a total of 50 students 。 It is divided into the experimental group and the control group,including 25 people in the control group(15 men,10 women),25 people in the experimental group(14 men,11 women).With the help of SPSS analysis,a comprehensive exploration is carried out for the experimental data,and the following conclusions are obtained:(1)After 16 weeks of basketball teaching experiment,although the students in the two classes have achieved improvement in physical literacy,there is no significant difference in physical literacy between the two classes,P > 0.05.This is because the enhancement of personal physical literacy will be affected by many factors.It may take a long-term teaching or a more comprehensive physical education to carry out PBL teaching experiments in a short period of 16 weeks.In fact,it is difficult to make obvious differences in students' physical literacy.The simultaneous interpreting of PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method is not obvious in enhancing students' physical quality.(2)Through the application of PBL teaching method in basketball teaching,the basic movement technology and complete movement technology of students' basketball are compared.The basketball movement technology of experimental group is better than that of control group,which shows that PBL teaching method has good effect in basketball teaching.(3)Through the application of PBL teaching method in basketball teaching,the ability of students to discover,research and solve problems is compared,and the difference between the two groups is significant.It can be explained that PBL teaching method has a good effect on improving students' ability of finding,analyzing and solving problems.(4)Through the application of PBL teaching method in basketball teaching,this paper makes a comparative analysis on the awareness of cooperation and communication,innovation ability and learning interest of students,and finds that there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group.This also means that PBL teaching method plays a very good role in strengthening students' ability of cooperation and communication,creativity and interest in learning. |
