We carried out this teaching research so as to improve the physical quality of university students in Hainan Province present, develop students' skills and methods of lifelong physical exercise.The study puts forward a teaching idea of "learning skills, raising interest, doing more exercise, strengthening physique".Specifically, raising interest in basketball to be a teaching core, And should be followed throughout PE education. Basketball Course effectiveness mainly refers to the concrete process that students acquire technical movements and tactical coordination after a year of teachers teaching students basketball. By correctly grasping the technical movements and basketball tactical coordination, students can get the most benefit in the classroom.
