Research purposes: The physical fitness of middle school students decreases year by year, and the obesity rate increases year by year.Obesity can lead to a significant increase in the risk of diseases such as high blood fat, high blood pressure, and diabetes.Obese students are in a sub-health state for a long time, which seriously affects their learning and life.Through an 18-week football after-class training intervention for 32 obese middle school students randomly selected to explore the role of football training in obese middle school students in participating in sports participation, sports participation, sports awareness, physical form, body composition, speed, and endurance The effects of physical fitness such as muscle strength, flexibility and balance can provide a theoretical basis for obese middle school students to increase their participation in sports and improve their physical functions.Research methods: According to the “ National Student Physical Health Standards ”(2014),32 obese middle school students were randomly selected, including 8 males and 8 females in the experimental group;8 males and 8 females in the control group.Through the before and after test of the difference questionnaire, the obese students before and after the experiment were compared for changes in the way of participation in sports, participation in sports, and awareness of sports.Through 18 weeks of training in football after school training,pre-test and post-test were conducted on the body composition and physical fitness of obese middle school students.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to statistically analyze the test data before and after the experiment. The data were expressed as mean±standard deviation(X±S).The test data of the same group of subjects were analyzed using the paired T-test before and after the test. The test data of different groups were analyzed using the independent sample T-test before and after the test(p<0.05 indicates that the difference is significant,p<0.01 indicates that the difference is very significant).Research results: 1.Sports participation is divided into three aspects. In terms of participation in sports, the experimental group's participation in extra-curricular activities increased by 56.2%.The proportion of people participating in sports games, watching sports games, and sports consumption increased significantly;the control group had no significant difference before and after the test;in terms of sports participation, the experimental group often participated in The number of people increased by 56.3%.The most prominent improvement was that the exercise rate was more than three times per week, and each exercise lasted more than 1.5 hours. The mood was pleasant and the number of motor skills increased significantly. The differences before and after the test were significant. The control group exercised more than three times per week and each exercise. The number of people who continued for more than 1.5 hours was 0,and the others slightly increased. There was no significant difference before and after the experiment. In terms of sports awareness, the number of self-confidence participants in the experimental group increased by 62.5%,most prominently. The ratios of sports and health knowledge, sports values, and interest in sports were both increased by more than 50%.The differences before and after the test were very significant;before and after the test in the control group Significant differences.2.Body composition, the experimental group BMI index decreased significantly, there was no significant difference in the control group(boys: experimental group ?=-1.87kg/m2,control group ?= 0.13kg/m2;girls:experimental group ?=-1.88kg/m2,control group ?= 0.18kg/m2);BMR experimental group decreased, the control group increased, but no significant changes;experimental group boys were significantly reduced body fat rate, girls significantly reduced, the control group male and female body fat rate were significant Increase(boys: experimental group ?=-3.87%,control group ?=1.25%;girls: experimental group ?=-1.22%,control group ?=1.05%);muscle volume before and after the experiment increased, only the experimental group boys significantly increased Others are not significant(boys: experimental group ? =1.80 kg,control group ? =1.01kg;female:experimental group ?=0.67 kg,control group ?=0.93kg);male and female students in the experimental group before and after the experiment were very significant in waist-hip ratio Differences, there was no significant difference in the control group(boys: experimental group ?=-0.03,the control group ?=0;girls: the experimental group ?=-0.02,the control group ?=0).3.In terms of physical fitness, the results of the 50-meter race before and after the experiment for the boys and girls in the experimental group all improved significantly. There was no significant difference in the control group(male: experimental group ?=-1.07 s,control group ?=-0.35s;female students: experimental group ?=-0.43 s,control group ? =-0.11s);boys and girls 800/1000 m run in the experimental group all increased significantly, and there was no significant difference in the control group(male: experimental group ?=-66.3s,control group ?=4.5s;girls: experimental group ?=-32.2s,control group ?=6.8s);experimental group boys and girls before and after the experiment were very significant differences in the forward flexion, the control group was no significant difference(male: experimental group ?=3.4cm,control group ?= 1.0cm;girls: experimental group ?=3cm,control group ?=1.6cm);boys and girls in the experimental group before and after the experiment closed eyes have a very significant difference in standing time, the control group was no significant Differences(boys: experimental group ?=2.9s,control group ?= 0.5s;girls: experimental group ?=2.1s,control group ?=0.3s);experimental group male and female students have significant differences in continuous jump before and after the experiment, control There was no significant difference between the groups(male: experimental group ?=-1.95 s,control group ?=0.41s;female students The experimental group was ?=-1.73 s,and the control group was ?=0.43s).There was a significant difference in grip strength between boys and girls before and after the experiment in the experimental group. No significant difference was found in other groups(male: experimental group ?=5.10 kg,control group ? =1.07 kg;female students: Experimental group ? =1.22 kg,control group ?=0.95 kg).Research conclusions: 1.Football training has greatly increased the participation of obese middle school students in sports, mainly in three aspects: the participation of sports, the degree of sports participation, and the degree of sports awareness. It shows that football training allows students to understand more deeply the perception of sports, make students more willing to participate in sports, and let students like to watch sports games and participate in competitions.2.Football training has a significant effect on the weight,BMI,body fat, body fat, waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio of obese middle school students, indicating that football training can reduce fat, lose weight, reduce circumference, make the body's The form tends to be healthier and can prevent the occurrence of obesity diseases. In particular, soccer training has a significant increase in the muscle mass of obese boys and has little effect on the basal metabolism of male and female students.3.Football training has made obese middle school students' speed, endurance, flexibility, balance, agility, and strength have all been significantly improved.Among them, the physical fitness of boys is significantly higher than that of girls, which shows that football training can effectively improve physical function and improve Sports ability.
