Research purposes: This study takes crossfit training system as the breakthrough point,through the New Oriental Football Club 12-13 years old football students,the students are randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group,the control group uses the traditional physical training method for 8 weeks of training;the experimental group uses crossfit training method for physical training,the training cycle is 8 weeks.The growth of the test data of the two groups before and after the experiment was compared and analyzed,and Excel 2007 and spss19.0 were used Version of the data processing software for mathematical statistics and analysis of the measured data indicators,select sensitive quality,fast strength,coordination ability,aerobic ability of the most basic physical fitness of four football sports comparative research,respectively,the two groups of players of 50 m,standing long jump,pull up,5-10-5pro agility test,1000 M run,Illinois run tracking test.The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of crossfit training on the physical fitness of young football players.Research methods: This study adopts a variety of research methods,including literature review,experiment,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The application of crossfit training in the development of football physical fitness is the research object.30 male football players aged 12-13 years old from New Oriental football club in Guyi district are selected as the experimental objects.The selected students have the same physical quality Level,physical training method and crossfit training method were used for eight weeks,three times a week,a total of 24 sections.Ensure the continuity of the experiment.The purpose of this study is to explore the crossfit training to study the physical development of young football players.Research results:(1)after two months of crossfit physical training,the players in the experimental group conducted t-test on the results of 1000 m,5-10-5pro agility test,standing long jump,50 m,pull-up and Illinois run,including 1000 m,5-10-5pro agility test,standing long jump,50 m,pull-in There was a significant difference between the results before and after the experiment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between before and after the experiment of Illinois running(P > 0.05).(2)In this study,the control group of players after two months of traditional physical training,the test results of six tests were t-test,in which 1000 meters,pull-up and 5-10-5pro agility test had significant differences(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in Illinois running,standing long jump and 50m(P > 0.05).(3)In this study,the test results of the experimental group and the control experiment were tested by t-test,including50m,standing long jump,pull-up,5-10-5pro agility test.There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after physical training(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between 1000m and Illinois running(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)crossfit physical training can significantly promote the physical fitness of young football players.Among them,the influence of aerobic ability is shown in the improvement of 1000 m performance;(2)the influence of crossfit physical training on the fast strength of young football players is shown in the standing long jump,pull-up and 50 m performance improvement;(3)the cross fit physical training has a significant impact on the agility quality of young football players,which is shown in the 5-10-5pro agility(4)crossfit training has little effect on the coordination ability of football players.The results show that the change rate of Illinois running test results is not big;(5)crossfit physical training and traditional physical training have an impact on the physical fitness of young football players,and the influence degree of traditional physical training method is lower than that of crossfit physical training.
