With the rapid development of modern information technology,distance learning has become a new way for teacher training and professional development,and is welcomed by education departments at all levels and teachers at the frontline.Since 2008,the shandong province primary and secondary school teachers distance training has been conducted for 10 years,but this kind of new network remote teacher training mode in the process of actual use effect how,have what problem,the participation of teachers how to its evaluation is still unknown.Taking the distance study of middle school geography teachers as the starting point,it is of practical significance to discover and solve the problems in the specific implementation of distance study.At present,the research direction and content of remote research and study in China are relatively concentrated,but the improvement strategies proposed by researchers are mostly based on theoretical discussion,lacking specific operation process and steps.Foreign distance training for teachers started early,has formed a relatively complete theoretical and practical system,but also lacks universality.Through to the part of the participation of zaozhuang high school geography teachers distance training,in-depth a baseline survey of the current situation of account at the same time by fabricating high school geography teachers participate in the remote training some of the courses of study,understand the remote training curriculum content and so on;Then set out to design a questionnaire and implement investigation,discover to there is the participation in the implementation of remote training teachers lack of initiative study,training curriculum,implementation and platform construction and supervision and inspection of the problems and the insufficiency.On the basis of further understanding with the method of interview to investigate the problem,and specific to explore middle school geography teachers in remote training process and the reason of the problem to find the root cause of the problem.To further optimize the middle school geography teachers distance training,tries to improve the participation teachers' comprehensive quality,update the remote training course content,explore the implementation of the remote training methods,optimize the specific organization and management of the remote training,enhancing the remote training functional construction and strengthening academic assessment of remote six aspects and puts forward some countermeasures to implement remote training.
