The comprehensive quality of middle school teachers affects the level of education development of middle school teachers,at this stage,China is at an important stage of promoting the professional development of teachers and the improvement of teachers' comprehensive quality.Post-service education is an important link to promote teachers' professional growth and achieve lifelong education.It is instructive to improve the effectiveness of practical teacher training activities,when it is difficult to copy and apply.Therefore,this article strives to sort out common problems existing in domestic teacher training activities,combined with practical investigations,and propose targeted solutions to provide further reference for the further development and improvement of domestic teacher deployment.This thesis can be divided into five parts.The first part is to sort out the relevant research at home and abroad,clarify the research results and existing deficiencies at home and abroad,and at the same time explain the basic significance of the research and the basic ideas and framework of the research.The second part is to explain the core concepts involved in the verification of the effectiveness of countermeasures and related theoretical foundations.The third part is to sort out and statistically analyze the domestic teacher training related literature and point out that At present,the common problems in domestic teacher training are question-oriented and questionnaire-based investigation and analysis to understand the deep-seated practical causes of domestic teacher training problems.The fourth part,on the basis of the research of the first three parts,proposes a solution strategy for training problems,which specifically includes case teaching to solve the need for training out of practice,the realization of concentrated seminar activities for teacher participation,and the promotion of teachers to transform theory into There are three aspects of actual educational behavior and follow-up guidance to achieve long-term evaluation.The fifth part is to evaluate the effectiveness of practical training activities,the effectiveness of teacher training activities using training strategies to solve related problems,and further reflect on the advantages and disadvantages of related research.
