Objective: to investigate the effect of different intensity one-time short time exercise on the Stroop effect of college students,and to study the effect of different intensity one-time short time exercise on Stroop effect and the influence of duration.Methods A total of 60 healthy college students,aged 24 ±1.4,40 boys and 20 girls,were enrolled in the experiment.They were randomly divided into 4 groups: group 1 was blank control group,group 2 was small intensity experimental group,group 3 was medium intensity experimental group,group 4 was high intensity experimental group.The exercise intervention was step exercise.The exercise intensity was observed and controlled by millet heart rate bracelet.The heart rate of the small intensity group reached 120-140 beats / min,the moderate intensity heart rate reached 140-160 / min / min,and the high-intensity heart rate reached 160 rmin.Stroop effect test instrument was used to test the effect of EP200.Model 4 psychological test bench and EP8801 tachometer.The stimulant material was the character color contradiction test in set B test,that is,the Stroop effect test was performed before and immediately after exercise intervention,half an hour and one hour after exercise intervention,that is to say,to react to the color under the interference of words.Results(1)the effects of different intensities of one-off short-term exercise on Stroop effect were compared.The results showed that the Stroop effect of small strength and medium strength was better than that of control group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between large intensity and control group(P > 0.05).The comparison of the effects of short term exercise on Stroop effect shows that the small strength is obviously superior to the large strength P < 0.05,and the small strength and medium strength are better than that of the high strength group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between moderate strength and high strength(P > 0.05).The effect of medium intensity Stroop was significantly better than that of control group,small intensity group and high intensity group(P < 0.05),and the small strength group was significantly better than that of large intensity group(P < 0.05).After 1 hour exercise,the Stroop effect of small and medium intensity was significantly better than that of control group and high intensity group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between small and medium strength(P > 0.05).Conclusion(1)different intensities of one-off short-term exercise have a positive effect on the Stroop effect.The effect of one-off short time exercise with small strength on Stroop effect is better than that on Stroop with high strength.)the duration of the effect of short time exercise with medium strength on Stroop effect is longer than that on Stroop effect with small strength and high strength.
