Under the influence of the new curriculum and teacher professionalism, the quality of the teaching profession is more and more concerned by people. Accordingly, the social puts higher demand on professional quality of physics teachers. As a teacher-training graduate student, author will go to high school to be a physics teacher. students and colleagues who enter new high school where curriculum reform experimental often say " physics teachers have more and more burden," and "why what we have studied is useless", so I feel a sense of pressure. Even accepted four-year normal education is still not competent to work as a high school physics teacher? What is the matter of the pre-vocational education? Response to this phenomenon, author do some research on the professional quality, do some questionnaire survives on high school physics teacher, and make some interview with some teachers, then realize the present quality of profession by this way. Meanwhile I investigate some senior teaching graduates, and contrast,summed up the existing problems about the professional quality to analyze the causes of these problem in the pre-vocational education. Finally, the article combines the experienced teachers' suggestions and pre-service training experience to consider how to improve pre-service teacher education, and put forward some suggestions for studying and referring. This paper is divided into five sections, the major elements were as follows:PartⅠ: Based on high school physic background for the implementation of the new curriculum The first par point out the urgency of reform and put forward the author's thoughts and frameworks.PartⅡ: Summary. Analyze the present research and the problem about domestic and international professional teachers and the quality of the professional.PartⅢ: The elements of physics teachers' profession include professional complex, professional wisdom, professional expertise, professional competence and professional knowledge. PartⅣ: Investigations and analysis. According to the literature, the author design the questionnaire of high school physics teachers and senior teacher training, the questionnaire mainly focus on the present situation of professionalism about physics teacher and senior students. The object is easy to do some comparative analysis and making statistical analysis based on the results.PartⅤ: Based on the analysis of questionnaires and combined with foreign teachers' pre-training experiences, the author gives some suggestions on promoting the development of the teacher professional.
